For Sunglasses, we dispatch your order within 24 Hours. It takes 2 – 5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location.

For Eyeglasses, we dispatch your order within 2 – 5 days. It takes 2 – 5 days to get delivered to you post-dispatch, based on your location.

User agrees that neither Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Ocnik Optical’s (ocnik.in) total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in), if any, that is related to the cause of action.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website Material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

RETURN POLICY

We will try our best to deliver the best product to you and if you feel to return the product than we have a 14 days return policy.

For Selected cities 100% Free Pick-up service is available.

When you will cancel or return the order we would arrange a pick-up at your location within 3-5 days thereafter.

We will refund 100% amount paid by you for sunglasses and for Prescription Eyeglasses we will refund the amount paid for the frame only because lenses we don’t reuse.

In case you will courier us than we will refund the entire amount that you paid + courier charges* paid by you. And for courier charges, you have to share with us courier slip through mail at info@ocnik.in

(* Maximum amount for courier charges can be Rs.100/-)

Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will inspect it to ensure that it is the same product and in the same condition which we send you. Thereafter we will refund your amount which you paid.

We will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment and if you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link to enter your bank details for the refund.

Note: You must initiate the return process within 14 days from receipt of your product.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURN TO BE COMPLETED

Based on the return method chosen it normally takes 10-16 business days for you to get a refund assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition. This time may vary if you choose your own courier to return the product.

The color of our product may be different from the one on ocnik.in

We will use third parties like courier companies to deliver products that you order on our website. And we will share your details with that courier company to deliver your order.

We would like to recommend you to consult an eye doctor regarding any kind of problem with your eyes.

By accessing ocnik.in or registering yourself at our website you authorize us to contact you via phone or email irrespective of the fact that you have registered yourself under DND or DNC or NCPR service, you still authorize us to contact you through call / SMS or mail.

We are liable only for the purchase price of any item purchased by you from this website.

Any dispute or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement / Purchase shall be brought resolved by a court having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Delhi, India, for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. This Agreement shall be governed by Indian law.

We request you to please read the terms and conditions properly. By accessing ocnik.in you agree to be bound with terms and conditions. The Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in) reserves the right to alter, modify or amend terms and conditions at its sole discretion. All amendments and modifications will be duly notified on our website. If you are not agree with our terms and conditions then we will request you not to access this website.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, save, and hold Ocnik Optical (ocnik.in), its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs, and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:

(i) Your use or misuse of the Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in) Services or of the Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in) Platform

(ii) Any violation by You of this Agreement or the SSOID Agreement

(iii) Any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein. Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in) reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in), including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in)’s defense and settlement of these claims. Ocnik Optical(ocnik.in) will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
